I want to start using my diary for more prolific things. Like actually trying to write and not just jotting down random events so I can keep my friends updated on what is going on in my life. The problem with that is that I don't think I actually can write. I know which "your" and "you're" is which and which "to, too, and two" to use and I even know which "it's" to put the apostrophe in, but when it comes down to writing something that a person wants to read because of the flow of the words... I ain't got it. Maybe it's the over use of slang, or deliberate spelling errors to make up for the fact that even though my brain still has a west coast accent, my mouth doesn't.
