So the rest of my weekend. Had a party on Saturday night. Ate the rest of the oysters we had bought for New Years Eve. God they were good. I am IN to Oysters. We had lots of daquiries and champagne and yummy yummy stuff. Even had Taylor bring her soon to be fiance. Steve is an ultra cool guy. I like him a lot. He can be my brother in law, that's ok with me.
I finished writing the first couple pages of my memoirs the other day. I can not believe the Rok and I are doing this. Have you started yours yet Rok? I was real bored at work, so out came the notebook. I should be typing, I could get through so much more in such less time. So far they are pretty boring. I have so much to write! 26 years is a long time. Speaking of that, I am glad my birthday is in January. Most people wait on it with baited breath, but I forget about it thanks to Solstice and NYE. So I am in good shape to be the birthday girl soon and not even worried about it!
So what else is there for me to ramble about? Oh yeah, Rick called me yesterday. It was a random call, I was dead asleep after like 4 hours of sleep when NC Steve called me to get Sarah's number. So I finish with his sorry ass and I go to hang the phone back up and it rings. It's 10:30am my time now. It's Rick. Now that means its 7:30am CA time. He has just gotten home. He couldn't sleep all night, or didn't. He could have, but it was inconvenient for him or something. It's a long story. So he calls and I go back to bed and we lay in bed and talked. It was really nice, it reminded us both of when we did it every morning. We just kinda sat and bullshit about everything that had been going on. I guess his girlfriend still hasn't called him. OK!?! He is all freaked out now, he is not sure what to make of it, just that he knows he made a mistake or something. So we talked for about 2 hours while I made him tired. He had to work that night so he knew I would calm him down I guess. It was nice. I had forgotten how nice it was to just lay there and talk for hours until we went to sleep. I miss him so much sometimes. Growl.
So I finally got to talk to Bryan again too. He has had a lot of gigs lately and is never home when I get home. So we have been missing each other for about 3 weeks now. If only he wasn't in fucking Wisconsin. Dammit.
I may be going to the superbowl! Holy Shit I forgot to mention this earlier! If the Raiders make it, my dad is going, but then my mom and I told him that if he went, I had to go with him. I have sat here through every single damn game that was on TV the entire season and I want to go dammit!!! Not that I don't like the game, but he knows that there is a lot I don't get about it. Like 3rd round conversions or whatever those are, or what the definition of holding is. Rick wants me to come up to the bay if I get to go. It will be held in San Diego, so it may be a possibility. I told Rick to come down and visit with me. Hee Hee.
So thats all I can think of now. Simpsons is actually on, and I have to watch, I have a chip in my head you see....
